Here’s one of the most heavily guarded secrets surrounding the marriage between 1994 Miss World Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, son of the perennial Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan.

We already knew about the lavish ceremony held in Mumbai on Friday (which was somewhat marred by an attempted suicide), but on Sunday, the new couple is expected to make the spiritual pilgrimage to Tirumala. It is there, at the famous hill shine of Lord Venkateswara, that the pair will offer prayers.

When asked about the potential event, Tirumala Tirupati Dewasthanam (which manages the shrine) refused to release many details. What we do know is that the party will consist of about thirty family members and friends from both the Rai and Bachchan sides of the family. They will be accompanying the newlywed couple on the two-hour-long pilgrimage.

There are rumors that the infinitely famous Amitabh Bachchan, along with wife Jaya Bachchan and industrialist Anil Ambani, will be among this fairly large party of thirty people. It is still unclear whether Amar Singh, leader of the Samajwadi party, will be in attendance.

As can be expected, security with be very tight, so anyone hoping to catch a glimpse of Bollywood’s hottest couple may run into more than a few difficulties. Last Sunday, Anil Ambani, Amar Singh, and Amitabh Bachchan went to the hill temple to offer prayers. The three also offered Rs 51 lakh each to the temple.
